Last Time I Saw You

Publisher Chorus Worldwide and developer Maboroshi Artworks today announced Last Time I Saw You will be coming to Switch. A release is currently targeted for Summer 2024.

Last Time I Saw You is a narrative adventure game in which you play as Ayumi, a 12-year-old boy who “sees a strange girl who may be responsible for a curse on his town” in his dreams. Read more about the project below.

Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly is seeing a delay and will no longer launch this year as originally expected. Today, it was announced that the title will drop in Spring 2023.

For those that need a refresher on the game, read the following overview:

Back in August, it was announced that upcoming adventure game A Space for the Unbound was to be delayed indefinitely due friction between the game’s developers, Toge Productions and Mojiken Studio, and their publisher at the time, PQube. Thankfully, this situation has now been resolved, with PQube ceding publishing rights to Chorus Worldwide.

While Toge Productions is still set to publish the game on PC, Chorus Worldwide is picking up the publishing mantle as global publisher for all console versions. As such, it would seem that PQube will no longer be involved in the game’s launch, but the title should be getting primed for release once again.

Here is the full statement from the involved parties detailing release plans going forwards:

Frank and Drake release window

It’s been a year since we last heard about Frank and Drake, but we now have a status report on the game. Chorus Worldwide and Appnormals Team now say that the project will be wrapped up in time for February 2023.

Frank and Drake was announced in September 2021 and was planned for this past spring. That didn’t happen, so it’s true that the title is seeing a delay.

Dungeon Munchies has been on Switch since the end of last year, but the game just added new content with a third and final chapter. It can be accessed today after installing a new update.

The chapter contains new monsters, ingredients, recipes, and legendary weapons. Players will have the chance to take on “three powerful bosses, cook up seven fresh dishes, and learn the truth behind the dungeon and even the protagonist’s existence”. Adding to the fun are “kooky characters and unexpected revelations.”

Dungeon Munchies physical

Original (7/24): A Switch physical release of Dungeon Munchines will be distributed in Japan and English support will be included, it’s been revealed. It’ll come with Japanese, German, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese languages as well.

The game was announced for Switch in 2019, and then at the very end of 2021, dropped on Nintendo’s console. Up until now though, it’s only been available digitally.
