Coffee Talk: Episode 2 release date set for April, physical versions announced

Serenity Forge and Toge Productions revealed today that Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly is launching on April 20, 2023, and a few different physical versions are planned for the series.
Both titles in the series will be sold individually. On top of that, Coffee Talk 2 is receiving a collector’s edition. Last but not least, there’ll be a “Double Shot Bundle” featuring both games.
With the Coffee Talk standard edition, you’ll receive a physical copy of the game, illustrated inner coversheet, vinyl sticker sheet containing a set of nine unique stickers, wooden keychain charm, and a download card with a code for a digital download of the soundtrack. The Coffee Talk Episode 2 standard release features a physical copy of the game, illustrated inner coversheet, vinyl sticker sheet containing a set of 11 unique stickers, wooden keychain charm, and a download card with a code for a digital download of the soundtrack.
Coffee Talk is Japan’s next Switch Online Game Trial

It has been announced that Nintendo Switch Online subscribers in Japan will be able to try Coffee Takj for free as part of the latest Switch Online Game Trial. Like other Switch Online Game Trials, players who hold a Nintendo Switch Online subscription will be able to play the entirety of the game’s content for the duration of the trial, which is scheduled to go live on November 21. We’re sad to report that Fahmi, the creator of Coffee Talk, has passed away. He was only 32 years old.

Coffee Talk was previously given a January 2020 release window, but now we have an actual date. Developer Toge Productions has confirmed that the game will launch on January 29.

Coffee Talk, a “coffee brewing and heart-to-heart talking simulator about listening to fantasy-inspired modern peoples’ problems, and helping them by serving up a warm drink or two,” is coming to Switch. It’ll be released on the eShop in January 2020, Toge Productions announced today.
