eBay

When a product becomes difficult to find – even for a short period – people turn to eBay. With the NES Classic Edition, the asking price naturally skyrocketed.

Polygon reports that NES Classic Edition sales on eBay last Friday took place once every 18 seconds. It’s tailed off just slightly since then, but sales are still happening once every minute and 23 seconds as of Tuesday. The average sale price has also been at $230 as opposed to Nintendo’s normal $60 asking price.

With the recent dual-wielding Samus selling for a whopping $2500, it was only a matter of time before we would come across more  would surface.

A new challenger is approaching… Now we have seen a defective Peach amiibo join the ranks.

A seller on ebay has just posted what appears to be at this time a legitimate defective Peach who seems to have forgotten her legs.

Currently this listing is too new to see if it will rise to the heights of the recently sold Samus, with just a few bids currently listed I am sure we will see more and more people wanting to take advantage of this latest defect.

How were Wii U sales as a whole on Black Friday? That’s unclear at this point. Hopefully we’ll receive some data from Nintendo within the next few days!
