Time Pilot ’84 was originally made by Konami. It’s a scrolling multidirectional shooter in which players fly over alien cityscapes and take down both ground and air enemies.

Task Force Harrier

Hamster intends to deliver Task Force Harrier as the latest Arcade Archives game on Switch, the company announced today. The classic title will be released on May 20.

Treco and NMK were originally behind Task Force Harrier. It’s a vertical shooter in which players defend against a communist military force.

During a live stream this week, Famitsu showed off the latest two Arcade Archives games on Switch – The Astyanax and Guzzler. Footage of both can be found below.

Arcade Archives The Astyanax and Arcade Archives Guzzler can be purchased digitally on the Switch eShop.

Hamster has announced its latest Arcade Archives game for Switch. Guzzler will launch for Switch worldwide on May 13, the company confirmed today.

In the game, you play as Guzzler, who needs to take in water from puddles and extinguish fires/monsters. Tehkan originally created the title.

The Astyanax originally came from Jaleco and Aicom. It’s a side-scrolling action game with six stages in which players go on a journey to take down the demon overlord Argos.

Konami originally made Thunder Cross II – a shoot ’em up game – in 1991. It’s a follow-up to the original title that previously landed on Switch back in February.
