Robotics;Notes DaSH

During a panel at Anime Expo today, Spike Chunsoft made a pair of visual novel announcements. Robotics;Notes Elite and Robotics;Notes DaSH will both be localized for the west, the company confirmed.

5pb. has come out with a new Robotics;Notes DaSH gameplay trailer called “Kou Kimijima Declares War.” We’ve included it below.

The Japanese boxart for the Robotics;Notes Value Set has surfaced online via Amazon listings.

The set includes both the Robotics;Notes Elite remaster, as well as Robotics;Notes DaSH.

The boxart can be seen above, listing both games on the front.

Robotics;Notes DaSH will be released on Nintendo Switch on January 31 next year in Japan. Today, 5pb. released the first in a series of a trailers for the game – and it introduces the protagonist, Kaito Yashio:

Robotics;Notes DaSH will be missing out on its original November 22 release date. Based on information provided by various retailers, it will now ship in Japan on January 31.

The one uncertainty is whether the Switch version of Robotics;Notes Elite has also been impacted. This was slated to arrive on the same day as Robotics;Notes DaSH, and a double pack including Robotics;Notes DaSH and Robotices;Notes Elite was planned.

Robotics;Notes DaSH launches November 22 in Japan.

Amazon Japan has gone live with the first screenshots from Robotics;Notes DaSH. The retailer provides an official overview as well, which Gematsu translated.

Here’s the full rundown:

The latest issue of Famitsu has revealed that Robotics;Notes DaSH is coming to the Nintendo Switch in Japan. The game will be available on November 22nd both in stores and on the Nintendo eShop. Robotics;Notes DaSH is a sequel to Robotics;Notes and will directly continue the story from that game with the same cast of characters.

An enhanced version of the first game, Robotics;Notes Elite, is also in the works for Nintendo Switch. We don’t have a concrete release date for that game yet, though it would make sense to release it before the sequel comes out.
