SEGA and Lizardcube are back again with another look at Shinobi: Art of Vengeance, in the latest trailer, fans can check out combat. The video also highlights the various weapons and abilities players can wield in their quest to master the ninja arts.

Shinobi Art of Vengeance story

SEGA is back with a brand new trailer for Shinobi: Art of Vengeance focusing on the game’s story. As part of that, we get a closer look at the premise as well as some mysterious new characters, setting the scene for ninja master Joe Musashi’s quest for vengeance.

Shinobi Art of Vengeance physical

March 26: Shinobi: Art of Vengeance, which was previously announced for Nintendo Switch, today confirmed that a physical release will be available. Limited Run Games is working with SEGA on the boxed versions.

Shinobi: Art of Vengeance will be available standalone, but it seems that a collector’s edition is in the works. Details about it will be provided at a later date.

Shinobi: Art of Vengeance

Shinobi: Art of Vengeance is in development for Nintendo Switch, SEGA has announced. A release date of August 29, 2025 is already set.

Shinobi: Art of Vengeance is being made by Lizardcube, the team behind Streets of Rage 4. The series has been dormant for many years, but is now returning with an all-new 2D action platformer entry featuring a hand-drawn style.
