Antonblast The End update

Summitsphere has announced a major update for Antonblast, which is known as “The End”. It’s releasing for PC on December 18, 2025. We’re unsure if this date applies to Nintendo Switch as well, but regardless, the patch should be going out soon.

The update is massive, bringing along new content, features, and bug fixes. Highlights include four new boss fights, the Big Tournament, Lime Trials, Hard Mode and Stage Mode, and much more.

The full rundown is as follows:

Antonblast update 60 FPS

If you’ve been playing Antonblast on Nintendo Switch, you might be interested to know that a new update is available that brings the game up to 60 frames per second. Summitsphere managed to get the patch live alongside Christmas this week.

The developer says that outside of 60 FPS, the Antonblast update provides bug fixes “and more”. It’s unclear what the latter means, but this is ultimately a pretty significant patch.

Antonblast trailer

To celebrate Antonblast debuting on Nintendo Switch today, a launch trailer has been published. The title just reached the system following a short delay.

For those that need a refresher on what to expect, read the following overview:

Antonblast delayed

October 12: Antonblast was last planned for November, but the game is being delayed by a few weeks.

Summitsphere shared an update in a statement posted today. After the team has been impacted by the recent hurricanes in the United States, more time will be needed to get things back to normal and wrap up everything needed for launch.

We were originally planning on seeing Antonblast on the Switch eShop next month. However, it has now been pushed back to December 3.

The full statement from studio head Tony Grayson is as follows:

Antonblast physical

Fangamer has confirmed its second upcoming physical release of the day following Little Kitty, Big City, which is Antonblast. The game will be available in boxed form sometime in 2025.

As of now Fangamer is only committing to a standard version. It’s unclear if any special editions are planned – more details about the physical release will follow later.

Antonblast demo

Antonblast now has a release date. Today, it was announced that the game launches on November 12, 2024.

For those who are looking to experience it early, a demo goes live on the eShop today.

We previously reported on Antonblast last year. The fast-paced explosive action platformer takes a page out of the Wario Land series.

Annalynn

Annalynn originally launched in 2021, but the game has just landed on Switch. This was a surprise release from Summitsphere and Cruise Elroy.

The Switch version has a couple of exclusives. You can now play as Dynamite Anton in New Anton Mode, and the whole thing can be experienced in TATE mode.

Antonblast

It’s been well over a decade since the last Wario Land game from Nintendo, but Antonblast could scratch that itch.

Antonblast is an action-packed retro platformer from Summitsphere. This follows Antonball Deluxe, which released on Switch last year.

Antonball Deluxe trailer

Publisher Proponent Games and developer Summitsphere have gone live with a new trailer for Antonball Deluxe, their arcade action title. The title found its way to Switch this week.

Check out the following overview for Antonball Deluxe:

Antonball Deluxe Switch

Antonball Deluxe, which was first announced for Switch last September, has secured a final release date. Publisher Proponent Games and developer Summitsphere confirmed release timing for September 28.

Antonball Deluxe first had a vague 2021 launch window on Switch. It was then thought that the game would be releasing in March, but that didn’t come to be. Now that we have an actual release date, there shouldn’t be any changes when it comes to the game’s launch.

Antonball Deluxe is described as “a high-octane smorgasbord of brickbreaking, molemashing, ballbusting action.” Three games are included: Antonball Arcade, Punch Ball Antonball, and VS. Antonball. Antonball Deluxe comes with 69 levels, 21 characters to unlock, and local co-op support for up to four players.
