A new Trailer has been released for Dark Auction, as well as a wealth of information of the people working behind the scenes. We’ll be seeing this title hitting the Nintendo Switch on January 29, 2026.

Publisher Good Smile Company and developer Izanagi Games highlighted that Masuko Tsukasa had joined the music team for the game. Masuko Tsukasa is known for his work on the Shin Megami Tensei franchise, with the team led by Yuko Komiyama of Monster Hunter fame.

Publisher 3goo is bringing 4PGP Four-Player Grand Prix to both the Nintendo Switch, and Switch 2. The title will release digitally for both consoles on February 5, 2026.

4PGP Four-Player Grand Prix is an arcade racer developed by Vision Reelle. The title will be released digitally at $19.99 for the Nintendo Switch version, and at $24.99 for the Switch 2 version. There will also be a $4.99 Nintendo Switch 2 upgrade pack available.

Pokemon Friends

A new update for Pokemon Friends has been released today, that being version 1.1.0. The update should be available now to Nintendo Switch and mobile users.

This is the first major update released for Pokemon Friends, bringing with it tons of new content including new puzzles and plushes.

Drag x Drive update

Nintendo has just released a software update for the Nintendo Switch 2 title Drag x Drive. Version 1.2.0 should be rolling out to players now.

This update brings a new game called survival tag, as well as a couple other adjustments and bug fixes. The Drag x Drive: Global Test Jam has also been renamed to simply Drag x Drive Demo.

Nintendo Today! has just received a new update, this one being version 2.2.0. Users of the app should be able to receive the update already.

The major thing this update brings is a new Donkey Kong styled theme. The app has also been made available for more countries in Asia.

July 31: CFK has just announced that they will be bringing Nightmare: The Lunatic to Switch. The game is set for December 4, 2025 with a physical release in Japan.

Nightmare: The Lunatic is an action rogue-lite in which you swap weapons, parry, and you special attacks to escape a Nightmare. Developed by Maetdol Games, it originally released on Steam in 2024.

Here’s some more information about the game:

Super Mario Run is back with another console game tie in event, this time being Super Mario Galaxy + Super Mario Galaxy 2 for Nintendo Switch. The event is already available to players of the mobile game.

Similar to past events, players can get Super Mario Galaxy + Super Mario Galaxy 2 themed rewards by completing missions. This time around, you can unlock statues of Bee Mario , Rosalina , and Balloon Yoshi, each of which requiring 9 missions to obtain.

SEGA and RGG revealed new details today about Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties covering Kiryu’s life at the Morning Glory orphanage, as well as Kanda damage control quests in Dark Ties. We also have a two new trailers detailing both systems.

Life at Mornin Glory will have Kiryu managing the Morning Glory orphanage, playing mini games, and making connections with the children there. In Dark Ties you can play Kanda damage control, which will have you doing good deeds to raise Kanda’s reputation.

G-Mode and Game Start LLC have just announced that Japanese Rural Life Adventure will be coming to the Nintendo Switch. A release date has not yet been confirmed.

In Japanese Rural life Adventure, you’ll be playing as a resident in a Japanese village, newly moved from the city life. You’ll grow to leave a lasting impression on this town. Although this title has not yet been confirmed for a western release, the title will support English language options as well as Japanese, Korean, simplified and traditional Chinese, and others.
