Up to this point, DSiWare in North America and Europe has been littered with overpriced applications and mediocre downloads. Hudson, however, is looking to change that in the near future – At least with their own support. Mike Pepe, Director of Marketing, has told Siliconera that they are “going to be pushing DSiWare pretty hard.” As things stand now, the company is looking to release four or five titles for the service, which will either be based on typical Hudson games and new IPs.

Hamburg/Germany, July 30th, 2009 – Inviting friends and playing exciting events in front of the TV screen – this is what Summer Athletics 2009 is all about. Computer generated athletes compete against each other or even fight for victory as part of the same team.

Four players can join the fun in all events of arcade or simulation mode. Playing simultaneously on splitscreen or one after another in hot seat mode is only a question of taste. The Wii Balance Board™ Cup with eight disciplines to be controlled via Balance Board can be played in hotseat mode as well.

The first concept art of Epic Mickey was leaked yesterday, in addition to a small nugget of information that the game is being developed for Wii. Now not only has that detail been confirmed, but there there are additional gameplay and story details that have been released.

– Paint through levels
– Use Wii controller to paint
– This involves drawing, etching, erasing (some or all parts of a level)
– Story based on very old/forgotten Disney characters
– Those characters wish to take revenge of Mickey, perhaps because they are jealous of him
