Precision platformer Jubilee on the way to Switch

Red Art Games today announced that it’s teaming up with Finalbossblues on console versions of Jubilee, and Switch is included in the company’s plans. The title is slated for February 9, 2024.
Jubilee is a 2D precision platformer with an open map layout with multiple routes. The game has players collecting gems and saving animals.

The Cub release date set for January, new trailer

We now have a release date for The Cub, an upcoming 2D platformer for Switch. It will be available on January 19, 2024.
The Cub, coming from Untold Tales and Demagog Studio, was first announced in March 2022. A release window was not provided at the time.

Tails of Iron reveals Bright Fir Forest DLC

Brand new Tails of Iron DLC has been revealed dubbed Bright Fir Forest. It’ll be rolling out Switch today in North America, but those in Europe will need to wait until early 2024.
The DLC introduces a new faction of squirrels, a dozen new quests, and nearly 100 additional weapon and armor pieces. Here’s the official breakdown:

Rokaplay and Firechick have started distribution of a big version 1.1 update for Super Dungeon Maker.
The update includes a bunch of new content for players. It comes with a new character skin (Knight), new enemies, new dungeons, pets, new dungeon items, and more.

Super Bomberman R 2 update out now (version 1.3.0), patch notes

Super Bomberman R 2 has just gone live with a new version 1.3.0 update, and it’s brought along a new “Luca Bright Bomber”.
The new character here is Luca Blight, who is a major antagonist in Suikoden II. Also included in the update is a “Room Lobby” in Private Match plus various adjustments and fixes.

Visual novel Mediterranea Inferno planned for Switch

Santa Ragione today announced that it’s working on console versions of Mediterranea Inferno, and a Switch version is in development. The company has also passed along a release date of March 5, 2024.
Mediterranea Inferno, which comes from the team behind games such as Saturnalia and Wheels of Aurelia, is a visual novel about friendship, desire, and grief. Further details are available in the following overview:

Non-linear JRPG Crystal Project coming to Switch

Crystal Project launched on PC last year to a strong player reception, and now a Switch version is on the way – and dropping very soon. It’ll be out on January 12, 2024.
The game is a non-linear JRPG in which players “explore the world, find Crystals, and fulfill the prophecy to bring balance to the land of Sequoia.” An official overview with more details can be found below.
