Imagineer pleased with Medabots 7 sales
Posted on 12 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, News | 0 comments
Medabots 7 was seemingly off to a slow start from a sales perspective. But in its latest fiscal results, Imagineer (which owns publisher Rocket Company), noted that they were pleased with its performance thus far. Imagineer feels that the game has managed to reach longtime fans as well as newcomers.
We don’t have an exact sales number on Medabots 7. Having said that, it should have sold over 100,000 units since launch.

Devil Survivor: Overclocked, Devil Survivor 2 likely delayed in Europe
Posted on 12 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, DS, News | 0 comments
European gamers will have to wait until next year to get their hands on a couple of Shin Megami Tensei games.
Publisher Ghostlight wrote on its blog that both titles will likely be pushed back to 2013. The company acknowledged the disappointment, but localization simply isn’t ready.
Ghostlight stated:
“…Finally I regret to regret to report that it is looking increasingly likely that both Devil Survivor: Overclocked and Devil Survivor 2 will not be released until 2013. This is incredibly disappointing as we were very much hoping to be able to release both titles this year, but sadly this has not been possible. It is worth noting that until we announce a release date, any dates you see for these games are unofficial and may be incorrect.”

Take in-game screenshots with Crashmo
Posted on 12 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, News | 0 comments
Did you know that Crashmo lets players take-in game screenshots? The process is quite simple.
While playing, simply pause the game and press “X”. That’s all there is to it! As soon as you’ve done this, a photo will be saved to an SD card.
Animal Crossing: New Leaf – New details
Posted on 12 years ago by Austin(@NE_Austin) in 3DS, News | 0 comments
– Early concepts included allowing players to dig for “gold dust”
– The ability to build outdoor scenery (bridges, benches, etc) was one of the very early ideas
– The addition of being able to play as Mayor didn’t come until later
– Because of this, they had to force Tortimer to retire
– Reiteration: Tweak store hours, gather taxes (donations) from residents
– If you do a bad job as mayor, no one will complain
– Tutorial ceremonies for opening your first bridge, planting your first tree, etc etc
– Mr. Resetti’s terrifying image was discussed
– Lisa is an alpaca, Reiji is a sloth, and a tapir (who runs the Dream Emporium)
– 1.5x the number of items compared to City Folk
– Team hopes that players don’t consider the new items filler
– Upload your town data to the Dream Emporium so others can come visit whether they have your friend code or not
– Players cannot modify your town if they visit while you’re not there
– Two categories of friends: Regular pals and “best friends”
– Each category has special permissions in different towns, assumedly with “best friends” being able to modify things
– Region-specific items (plate of grapes for the Spanish New Year)
