XSEED on Senran Kagura localization: “We’ll have to see”

Senran Kagura and its sequel, Senran Kagura Burst, could be candidates for XSEED localizations.
Executive VP Ken Berry told Siliconera that the company may consider either/both games for North America. The fact that they’re packaged releases would make it more difficult to bring them to the US, but Berry acknowledged that there does appear to be some fan interest in the two titles.
According to Berry:
“We’ll have to see. Not a flat out no, but it’s a title that would be hard to bring over as a packaged title. I mean we do get a lot of request for [Senran Kagura], so there are at least some fans that want to see that title. And it is a solid beat ‘em up in addition to all of the other stuff the title is well known for.”

Small update on the Shin Megami Tensei IV site
Posted on 11 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, News | 0 comments
The official Shin Megami Tensei IV website received a tiny update today. It now plays the Shin Megami Tensei opening theme song and contains a notice that the Atlus Maniacs team is developing the title.
Another message reads, “Please look forward to a followup report (Kazuyuki Yamai).”
There likely won’t be any Shin Megami Tensei IV news until Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers hits store shelves in Japan. Atlus is including the game’s debut trailer in Soul Hackers, which launches in Japan on August 30.
Thanks to 4Him for the tip.
