F-Zero will run at 60Hz

Good news, European gamers: the next Wii U Virtual Console release from Nintendo, F-Zero, will run at 60Hz.
Balloon Fight was the first VC release for the platform but ran at 50Hz, resulting in outcry from fans. Such games run slower and simply aren’t the way they were intended to be presented.
Thankfully, this is something players won’t have to worry about with F-Zero.

Nintendo looking to acquire WiiU.com
Posted on 11 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Podcast Stories, Wii U | 0 comments
Before the system’s launch, Nintendo was unable to register WiiU.com as it was already picked up by somebody else back in 2004. The company is now looking to acquire the domain.
One report has surfaced indicating that Nintendo has filed a cybersquatting complaint with World Intellectual Property Forum. It sounds like it’ll be a somewhat arduous task to track down the current owner, but there will likely be a resolution in the near future.
