We found out that Rebecca Chambers will be playable thanks to an off-screen video shown a few weeks ago, but Capcom has just confirmed the news officially…
The S.T.A.R.S. Bravo Team’s youngest member, Rebecca Chambers, gains some new experience in Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D. An expert in the field of biochemistry, Rebecca is the seventh playable character to join the roster of this Nintendo 3DS exclusive.
Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D delivers the fan favorite Mercenaries mode from Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 5, now remastered in full 3D. Well-known characters and locations from past and present converge into 30 missions as players aim to take down as many enemies as possible in a limited amount of time.

New game features first-ever 3D street football mode and the most authentic teams and players in any football title
Guildford, UK. – May 10, 2011 – Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: ERTS) today announced that EA SPORTS™ FIFA 12 will deliver the most authentic, innovative and feature-rich 3D football experience on Nintendo 3DS™ when the game launches this fall. FIFA 12 on Nintendo 3DS will feature over 500 officially licensed clubs, new touch screen controls that will change the gameplay experience, and the first-ever 3D Street Football. With eight different game modes, it is the largest feature set ever developed by EA SPORTS for a hand-held football game.
Take to the pitch with superstars like Real Madrid’s Kaká and Manchester United’s Wayne Rooney, and become a true marksman using all-new optional touch screen controls. Enjoy precision shooting by picking a spot precisely from the player’s viewpoint using the lower touch screen and then finessing a shot with pinpoint accuracy. Utilize touch screen controls on set pieces to draw a shot that curves the ball around, or even power it over the wall for the match-winning goal that lifts your club to victory.

Just like last year, you’ll be able to watch Nintendo’s E3 2011 media presentation live. It also appears that the full site will open following the conference. Nintendo did a pretty nice job with their “E3 Network” in 2010, so I expect that there will be a ton of content this year as well.

Capcom has released a bunch of new screenshots of their new Mega Man game. In case you’ve forgotten, the Prologue version/demo will be available on June 5, which is the launch date for the 3DS eShop. Perhaps Capcom will begin to discuss the “full” game after Prologue arrives on the shop.

Fan-made New Super Mario Bros. project features new levels and more
Posted on 14 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Videos, Wii | 0 comments
A few select fans have come up with the perfect solution for those who are interesting in experiencing new levels in New Super Mario Bros in the form of a Wii “hack.” Actually, more than just levels are offered. There’s also new maps, music, gameplay mechanics, graphics, and enemies. Interested yet?
It’s true, obviously, that you won’t be able to just pop in your New Super Mario Bros. disc and start experiencing the fan-made content. But all you need is a homebrew-enabled Wii, and there’s absolutely no piracy involved with the project. The levels seem quite nice – as demonstrated in the video above – though you’ll have to wait until November to get your hands on the game enhancement. It looks like it might be worth the wait!
