New Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance details were included in today’s media blast for the game. We’ve collected the information for you below.

– Death Eaters will either be your companions (Spirits) or foes (Nightmares)
– Ghoul Clown and Scissor Beetle are Nightmares
– Ghoul Clown can lick you to the point of making you immobile for some time
– Scissor Beetle is good with guarding and long-range attacks
– Scissor Beetle’s mine explosions can lock out your commands
– Handsome Pegasus and Tsunoceratops are Spirits
– Tsunoceratops attacks its foes with its big horns
– Handsome Pegasus’ wind is used for attacks
– Link attacks available for spirits
– Link attacks are used with your character once you’ve built up your link gauge
– Tsunoceratops turns into a spiked ball
– Ride the ball to deal damage
– Your two Spirit Dream Eaters can team up for a Dual Link attack
– The attack you can use depends on the Spirits in your party at the time
– Tap the spirit mark on the touch screen to use the attack
– Can only use it when both Spirits’ link gauge has filled up
– Dual Links include Comet, Wonder Jamboree, and Union Rush
– Riku and Sora can use special Ability Links with their spirits
– Unlock Ability Links as you progress
– Reality Shifts are world-specific skills
– Reality Shift from Country of the Musketeers is the “Wonder Comic”
– Input the proper commands, and comic book Micky, Donald and Goofy will attack for you

A third-party company is promising to greatly extend the battery life of the 3DS. Japan Trust Technology is preparing a new 5,800mAh add-on that will apparently last over ten hours. It adds 9mm of thickness, but the product might be worth it for the improved battery.

Consumers can choose from two sets. White, red, and pink covers retail for 9,980 yen. The blue and black covers go for 9,480 yen.


The release date of Rayman Origins 3DS is getting shifted around a bit. It’s now scheduled for March 20 in North America. IGN reported on Friday that the game would be available a month earlier.

As far as we know, Rayman Origins 3DS is still coming to Europe on February 16.


Nano Assault will be flying to Japan in just a few months. Cyber Front announced today that they will be publishing the title. Nano Assault will cost 5,040 yen in Japan and is set for release on April 19
