Consumers will be able to purchase a Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D hardware bundle when the game launches in Japan. The news was posted on the Kojima Productions Twitter account earlier today. Although the studio was not able to provide additional information about the bundle, fans can expect more details before Snake Eater 3D releases.

The Famicom/NES version of Super Mario Bros. will be arriving on the Japanese eShop next week for all users. It can be downloaded on January 5 for 500 yen.

Most Ambassadors have most likely downloaded Super Mario Bros. at this point. However, much like the NES version of The Legend of Zelda, Ambassadors can update their game so that it can take advantage of save states. It’ll probably feature a new icon on the home menu as well.
