Namco Bandai is working on a game based on the upcoming animated TV series “Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures”. It’s coming to the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U, and 3DS this fall.
Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures is far from the classic Pac-Man experience. You’ll still be eating ghosts and food, but Ghostly Adventures’ debut trailer features a mix of action and platforming. Pac-Man is also shown eating a power pelat to gain new abilities.

LEGO Friends officially announced
Posted on 12 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, DS, News | 0 comments
Warner Bros. officially announced LEGO Friends today, though the game’s existence was first known through an Amazon retail listing. It’s heading to the 3DS and DS this fall.
LEGO Friends takes place in Heartlake City, where users “have complete freedom to express their unique style, explore areas and activities that interest them most, such as perfecting a dance routine in the studio, taking a few shots on goal at football practice, or visiting the store to get cool items to customize their character, as they build friendships with their five new friends.”
Friends’ core is, unsurprisingly, friendship building; players grow their friendship levels with different characters by meeting and experiencing “special adventures”. You’ll be able to partake in a Heartlake Celebration once the “true friend” status is reached with all characters.
Players can additionally look forward to interacting with pets by training and grooming them and entering pet shows. Every pet has its own unique skill that can be used throughout the game. It’s also possible to play LEGO Friends from the animal’s perspective.
Developers TT Games and Hellbent Games also plan on using the in-game camera “for fun photo ops to create a scrapbook of friendship memories.”

Ubisoft working on ZombiU 2 prototype
Posted on 12 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Podcast Stories, Wii U | 0 comments
Ubisoft says it is working on a ZombiU prototype. That’s according to creative director Jean-Philippe Caro, who contributed to the original Wii U game.
Caro tweeted over the weekend:
@kingrex32 thank you for your interest in zombiu. The team is working hard on a prototype. it´s too soon to tell you more.
— Jean-Philippe Caro (@Bignozjip) May 11, 2013
While a prototype may be in the works, it doesn’t necessarily guarantee a sequel. Prototypes can come and go, but unless the higher-ups at Ubisoft give the green light, it won’t enter development.
