Shoot ’em up game Angel at Dusk releasing on Switch

Angel at Dusk will soon be out on Switch, publisher Sanuk and developer Akiragoya confirmed today. The title launches on November 7, 2024 and a demo is live now.
Angel at Dusk is a surreal yet unrelentingly orthodox love letter to classic shoot ’em up games. It comes with a few modes, achievements, and more.

High School Crisis announced for Switch

CFK have announced that they will be bringing High School Crisis to Switch. A release date was not provided. Originally released with Korean language support only on PC, the game is a dungeon RPG which tells the story of a group of high school students trapped in their school that has been transformed into a maze after an earthquake.

Horror game Terror in the Corn slated for Switch

FreakZone Games, in partnership with Bit Bot Media, is gearing up for the launch of Terror in the Corn on Switch. The game is apparently due out for the console and other platforms tomorrow – October 24.
Terror in the Corn is a horror game inspired by the mile-long attraction at Anderson Farms. Players will need to break the curse or risk being trapped forever.

Gameloft will host the Disney Dreamlight Valley Showcase next week, the company has announced. It will air on October 29 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM in the UK / 7 PM in Europe.
Gameloft says that the Disney Dreamlight Valley Showcase will include information about the game’s next chapter and beyond. Teases will be shared on social media leading up to the event.

NCSoft done with Battle Crush, development ending

Battle Crush, which was previously brought to Switch, is ending development. NCSoft is making a number of moves with different games, and the Switch title is one of a few that’s being impacted.
Battle Crush is an online action brawler supporting 30 players. Following its Early Access launch just a few months ago, feedback was mixed. Now a new report that NCSoft has decided to move on from the title entirely. Expect it to be removed from the eShop at some point in the future.
