You didn’t need us to tell you this, but yes, it’s Hollow Knight: Silksong on top this week. But what’s also interesting is that the series’ first game is right behind it. Other than that, we see Everybody’s Golf Hot Shots in the top ten as another new title.

We have a new launch trailer for Bad Cheese after it came out this week. This game, which just came to Nintendo Switch, is a psychological horror experience inspired by the eerie charm of 1920s animation.

Restore Your Island

PaiBand is working on Restore Your Island for Nintendo Switch, the developer confirmed today. It will be hitting the console after the initial release at the end of this year.

Restore Your Island is a cozy life sim. In the game, you’ll be cleaning a ruined island where you’ll sell what you find, upgrade tools, and build a dream cabin. A dog companion will accompany you on your mission.

Dawnfolk

2024: Darenn Keller will be bringing the upcoming title Dawnfolk to Nintendo Switch, the developer has announced. The project is currently targeting an early 2025 launch.

Dawnfolk is a minimalist survival city-builder. Players will gather resources and rebuild their realm one tile at a time while protecting settlers from oppressive shadows.

Shujinkou

Today, Rice Games announced plans to release Shujinkou on Nintendo Switch. The game is slated for October 2, 2025.

Shujinkou is an RPG at its core. However, there’s an extra element here as the game includes thousands of Japanese words, phrases, kana, kanji, and grammar elements. Note that the learning language portion is optional.

Puzzle Quest: Immortal Edition

Puzzle Quest: Immortal Edition is heading to Nintendo Switch, 505 Games and Infinity Plus 2 revealed today. It launches on September 18, 2025.

Puzzle Quest: Immortal Edition “combines the classic match 3 puzzle game with deep level role playing.” It’ll feature a new character class, over 40 new items, and three previously released expansions included adding new quests.

2P Games and Fuse Game have announced that their newest title is on the way to Nintendo Switch. The sci-fi bullet heaven auto-shooter Time Treker will be landing on the console on October 16.

Time Treker is a pixel-art action roguelike in which humanity faces extinction from an alien insect invasion. Players lead a squad of heroes across timelines to battle the swarm and alter history. After each defeat, upgrades can be made on the mothership before heading back into the fight.

Castle of Heart Retold release date

7Levels has now provided the release date for Castle of Heart: Retold on Nintendo Switch. The game arrives on October 3, 2025. Note that it’ll be coming to Nintendo Switch 2 as well, but 7Levels says specific timing will be shared soon.

Castle of Heart: Retold was first announced back in May. Last we heard, it had a more general summer launch window.
