Sumo wants fans to campaign for Sonic & All-Stars Racing DLC characters
Posted on 12 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Wii U | 0 comments
Did your favorite SEGA characters not find their way into Sonic & All-Stars Racing? Well then, now you have a chance to make your voice heard!
Sumo Digital’s Steve Lycett is asking fans to come together on the official SEGA forums and come up with three top characters they would like to see in the new racer. If at least 1,000 unique people show their support per character, Lycett promises to “present the results to SEGA.”
“I’ll set you a challenge. Without any policing from the SUMO or SEGA crew, if you can all agree on three characters by the 1st of December and prove there is sufficient interest of at least 1000 unique people *per* character, I will present the result to SEGA. I can’t promise anything will happen as a result, but since you’re starting it… Let’s see if you can organise yourselves in the next few weeks to pull that off!”
You can participate in the discussion here.

A lot of Wii U games already contain updates. Nintendo Land has a rather large patch – it takes up 221MB.
New Super Mario Bros. U and ZombiU have updates as well, but they’re much smaller. They come in at 29MB and 18MB respectively.
More talk of Scribblenauts Unlimited’s European release
Posted on 12 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Wii U | 0 comments
Scribblenauts Unlimited is coming on in Europe next year. That’s quite the “delay”, given how the game just launched in North America this week.
So what’s taking so long? 5th Cell boss Jeremiah Slaczka won’t say exactly, but the wait isn’t a result of language localization issues.
“It’s due to stuff I can’t talk about until 2013. Scribblenauts and Super Scribblenauts were released NA and EU the same day. Trust me. I want your money. It’s due to things outside of development.”
We should be receiving more specific news in the near future. Scribblenauts Unlimited publisher Warner Bros. Interactive confirmed to Rock, Paper, Shotgun that “details about the European distribution of Scribblenauts Unlimited are coming soon”.
