Dragon Quest X producer Yosuke Saito and director Jin Fujizawa shared a little bit of new Dragon Quest X information during an event at Jump Festa.

First, the two said that more jobs will be added to the game once the game launches. Dragon Quest X will initially feature six already-announced jobs. New jobs could include ones that wouldn’t be expected in the series.

Saito also commented on the differences between the Wii and Wii U versions. He said that you and a friend will be able to play together if you have two systems. Saito stated that “The Wii version is totally fun! The Wii U version is totally fun! And it’s also extremely beautiful.”

Finally, Saito hinted that that a beta test will kick off on Valentines Day (February 14) or White Day (March 14). Specifically, he said that it will take place around the “time period of chocolate.”
