Rune Factory: Oceans heading to Wii, PS3

Rune Factory 3, even though it was released in Japan last year, isn’t due out in North America until next month. However, Famitsu has just unveiled an additional entry in the franchise – Rune Factory: Oceans. The series is returning to the Wii once more, as well as the PlayStation 3. Other than that, not much is known about the title at the moment, but a scan from this week’s issue of the magazine has already surfaced. You can take a look at it above.

SEGA confirms new Sonic game next year

“We know we have Sonic and Football Manager this year, a new Total War next year, and a new Sonic and Virtua Tennis next year. These are the kind of titles that will allow us to focus on being healthy and profitable.”

Potentially, SEGA could have quite a bit of Sonic on their plate. Sonic 3DS is on the way, but the company hasn’t said too much about it. There have also been rumors of a new Mario and Sonic title, an anniversary project, and even a Sonic sequel. Granted the last game is the real deal, we should be hearing something about it in about a week and a half.
