Wii U eShop

Pier Solar HD has been delayed a bit. In a recent Kickstarter update, Watermelon Games president Tulio Goncalves revealed a new March 2014 launch for the game. That means we should be seeing the game on Wii U around that timeframe.

Nintendo has listed another title for release on the North American Wii U eShop next week. Frontier Developments will launch Coaster Crazy Deluxe on November 21. No word on pricing as of yet.

Two Tribes will be releasing EDGE for Wii U next week, according to a listing on Nintendo’s website. The official page lists a November 21 release date for the eShop title. EDGE should be available for $1.99 when it becomes available.

Extend Studio’s puzzle-platformer “So Many Me” may come to Wii U. If the game’s Kickstarter campaign hits $160,000, we’ll definitely see it on Nintendo’s console. On Wii U, So Many Me would offer “special second-screen gameplay and management features for the GamePad.”

So Many Me’s Kickstarter has until December 16 to reach its $22,000 target and stretch goals. Over $3,000 has been raised thus far.

Paradise Lost: First Contact is officially making its way to Wii U. Originally promised through a stretch goal on Kickstarter, developer Asthree Works has instead decided to guarantee the game for Nintendo’s console regardless of funding. If the campaign does manage to reach $230,000, Paradise Lost come to Wii U on day one rather than follow the PC, Mac, and Linux versions.

It’s also worth mentioning that Paradise Lost’s Kickstarter goal was recently met. Over $70,000 has been raised with 16 days to go.

Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty was given a new spring 2014 release window on PlayStation systems earlier today. But what about other platforms, like Wii U? Oddworld Inhabitants has confirmed that other versions will follow “shortly” after the PlayStation releases.
