Famitsu review scores

Posted 14 years ago by in News, Wii | 3 Comments

Update: The Xenoblade score is indeed fake. The next issue of Famitsu should have a review of the game. The only titles reviewed this week seem to be Fairy Tail Portable Guild (6/7/7/7) and PopCap Arcade: Rakushisa, Ippai, Action & Puzzle 7 Pack (7/5/6/6)

Note: This score hasn’t been confirmed since the actual page scans haven’t been released, so I’ll update this post if different information appears.

Xenoblade (Wii) – 8/7/7/6

The Shaun White Snowboarding bit begins at around the five minute mark. It’s not much, but it’s better than nothing I suppose! Also, it’s worth mentioning that the source seems to be hinting at another Nintendo-related game coming from Ubisoft. We’ll have to see if anything comes of it around E3 time.

Thanks to Dragoon for the tip!

As you might have seen on the site earlier, Marvelous Entertainment shared some very underwhelming sales today. Unfortunately, it seems like those poor numbers have impacted the company’s future plans. Only one title is in development for the DS – Harvest Moon: Twins’ Village, already revealed for the system – and that’s it. Additionally, Marvelous is working on two unannounced projects for Wii, which will be released sometime before March 31, 2011. That surely is a dearth of releases on Nintendo platforms, so it’d be nice to see the company rebound in the coming fiscal year.

We just wanted to let you know that Ace Attorney’s Episode 5: Rise from the Ashes is now available for download on WiiWare!

Episode 5: Rise from the Ashes is a special final episode created for Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney . “Rise from the Ashes” is set two months after the events of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney’s last episode, “Turnabout Goodbyes.” This episode is also the longest in the Ace Attorney series to date, spanning ten chapters (three investigations and seven trials). In order to play this piece of DLC you need to own Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney on WiiWare. “Rise from the Ashes” is available in North America for 100 Wii Points.

Hmm…Well, I’d say this is a pretty clear indication that Rockstar North is working on Nintendo platforms. At the very least, they are definitely showing interest. Here’s hoping we here about what the company is up to soon.

Thanks to Tim for the tip!
