A few months ago, it was confirmed that a new Tales of mothership game was in the works and that it would be heading to the Wii. The first trailer was expected to be released soon, but it looks as though it has been leaked. Take a look at it below!

Earlier this week, a rumor popped up that Monster Hunter 3 would release on other systems. A few days afterward, the official game website was update and dismissed the rumor. Now a Capcom statement has basically put the final dagger into any rumors that the game could release on other systems.

“Ok, seriously, a Chinese magazine scan? Believe what ever you would like guys.” – Christian Svensson, Corporate Officer/VP of Strategic Planning & Business Development

That pretty much speaks for itself right there! We can’t say for sure what will happen in the future, but for now, it looks as though Capcom has no intentions to release Monster Hunter 3 on any other system other than the Wii.

New MadWorld trailer

Even though 2009 is already shaping up to be an impressive year as far as the Wii goes, gamers might be able to look forward to more than originally expected. Hidden within a recent IGN article is a brief mention of Konami and EA. It is explained that both companies have IPs for the Wii that fans will be ecstatic about when they are announced.

“Wii owners can look forward to some exciting announcements from third-parties like Electronic Arts, Konami and Ubisoft. We know of at least two major EA and Konami IPs that Wii fans are going to flip over when they become official…”

From Konami, perhaps the Wii will see the release of another Castlevania game. Anyone out there have a guess for either company?
