The previously announced Legendary Hero Summoning Focus for Eliwood: Blazing Knight is now live. It’ll be available until July 5. As always, the initial appearance rate for 5-star Heroes is 8%. The focus units this time are Eliwood: Blazing Knight, Ryoma: Supreme Samurai, Hríd: Resolute Prince, Ephraim: Legendary Lord, Lucina: Glorious Archer, Selkie: Free Spirit, Gunnthrá: Voice of Dreams, Yune: Chaos Goddess, Hinoka: Relaxed Warrior, Robin: Fell Vessel, Veronica: Brave Princess and Sakura: Hot-Spring Healer.

Additionally, a Legendary Hero Battle against Eliwood: Blazing Knight is now available until July 5. Some past Legendary Hero Battles are also back for a limited time, namely the ones against Robin, Ryoma and Lucina plus the Mythic Hero Battle against Yune.

The next Voting Gauntlet will start soon in Fire Emblem Heroes. The theme this time will be “Headband Brawl” – Heroes wearing headbands facing off against each other. Starting on July 1st, the match-ups will be as follows:

  • Jeorge vs Gray
  • Barst vs Tibarn
  • Sue vs Mia
  • Sanaki vs Olivia

There are also two Summoning Foci available today until July 7 featuring all eight characters taking part in the Voting Gauntlet. Summoning Focus: Block A has Sue: Doe of the Plains, Olivia: Sky-High Dancer, Mia: Lady of Blades and Sanaki: Begnion’s Apostle as the 5-star focus units. Summoning Focus: Block B meanwhile features Tibarn: Lord of the Air, Jeorge: Perfect Shot, Gray: Wry Comrade and Barst: The Hatchet.

Also, since it’s Thursday, a new map has been added to Tactics Drills. “Timid for a Reason” can be found in the Skill Studies section; clearing it gets you 300 feathers.

The next Legendary Hero has been revealed for Fire Emblem Heroes. Hero Eliwood: Blazing Knight will be joining the game, Nintendo has confirmed.

Here’s a trailer:

Eliwood: Blazing Knight goes live in Fire Emblem Heroes on June 28.

Two more events are up and running in Fire Emblem Heroes.

Getting things started is Special Heroes Revival: Ylissean Summer. Until July 26, the Special Heroes pictured above can be found as part of the 5-star summoning focus.

A new skill-based Summoning Focus is now live in Fire Emblem Heroes. As the name implies, this one features Heroes who have “Chill” B-skills. The 5-star focus units are Celica: Imprisoned Soul, Ranulf: Friend of Nations and Ophelia: Dramatic Heroine. The Summoning Focus will be available until July 4.

The previously announced Tempest Trials+ event “A Promise of Joy” is now live in Fire Emblem Heroes. First, Special Heroes Revival: Summer’s Arrival is here. Players can pick up the Heroes pictured above as part of a 5-star summoning focus. It’ll be live until July 23.

Also live is Summoning Focus: Weekly Revival 3. 5-star Heroes who appeared before the start of Book II are back as Focus Heroes. The event lasts until June 30.

Bound Hero Battle Revival: Ike & Soren is now running in Fire Emblem Heroes. The two characters, who originated from Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, have returned in Special Maps.

The next Tempest Trials+ event will start soon in Fire Emblem Heroes. “A Promise of Joy” will take place from June 24 until July 4. The big rewards this time are the 5-star Special Hero Ylgr: Breaking the Ice and three seals: Armored Blow 1, Spur Atk/Spd 1 and Atk/Res Bond 1. Finally, it’s been announced that Fire Emblem Heroes will undergo a brief maintenance period next week to prepare for an update in July. The game will be unavailable for 1 1/2 hours, between 6 AM and 7:30 AM CEST on June 28.

Obviously the new Summer-themed Special Heroes are the big talking point of Fire Emblem Heroes today, but the game’s day-to-day business still continues today. Case in point – it’s Thursday, which means a new map has been added to Tactics Drills. “All-Piercing Arrows” can be found in the Grandmaster section; clearing it gets you 300 feathers.
