Idea Factory has gone live with a trailer promoting its upcoming otome visual novel for Switch.

In total, twelve releases are on the way. These include Hakuoki Shinkai: Fuukaden, Code: Realize, Nil Admirari no Tenbin: Irodori Nadeshiko, Cendrillon palikA, Shiritsu Verbara Gakuen: Versailles no Bara Re*imagination, Norn9: Norn + Nonette LOFN, Amnesia, Reine des Fleurs, Birushanah Senki: Genpeiden, Sengoku Night Blood, LoverPretend, and a new Hakuoki entry.

Hakuoki Shinkai: Fuukaden won’t be Idea Factory’s only otome visual novel for Switch. The latest issue of Famitsu confirms three more titles in the genre for Nintendo’s system as well.

First up, Code: Realize will be released on September 13 for 6,800 yen. A limited edition will be offered for 8,800 yen.

Hakuoki Shinkai: Fuukaden is heading to Switch, according to this week’s issue of Famitsu. A release is set for September 6. Fans will be able to purchase a limited edition for 8,800 yen.

Two different otome games are included in Hakuoki Shinkai: Fuukaden. Buyers will receive Hakuoki Shinkai: Kaze no Shou and Hakuoki Shinkai: Hana no Shou. Both originally came out for the PS Vita in Japan in 2015 and 2016, respectively. Idea Factory then remade them for the PlayStation 4 as Hakuoki Shinkai: Fuukaden, and the compilation is now making its way to Switch.

We have a PS4 trailer for Hakuoki Shinkai: Fuukaden below.

Idea Factory and Compile Heart have yet to release any entry in the Neptunia series on a Nintendo platform. In the future though, perhaps that could change.

Neptunia producer Naoko Mizuno was asked about the possibility of the franchise appearing on Switch. Mizuno said in response, “It would be great if we hear feedback from our fans letting us know if they’d like to see Neptunia on the Switch, then it might be realized.”
