Metal Slug Tactics Switch physical release revealed

Limited Run Games today shared the news that it will make a physical release for Metal Slug Tactics on Switch. An estimated launch is scheduled for April 2025.
In addition to a standard copy, fans will be able to get their hands on a Commanding Officer Edition. The latter includes the game, special box, soundtrack, 12″x16″ double sided poster, sticker sheet, keychain, tank replica, and numbered certificate of authenticity.

June 3: Metal Slug Tactics has finally resurfaced, revealing a new release window and a trailer.
Metal Slug Tactics was announced for Switch in 2021. Originally planned for 2022, it was delayed to 2023. Another delay ended up happening and it was quietly pushed to this year. Now we’re hearing that it’s dropping this fall.

Metal Slug Tactics delayed to 2023

Metal Slug Tactics has been delayed to 2023, according to publisher DotEmu and developer Leikir Studio.
The game was first confirmed for Switch last August. Originally, the goal was to have the game out sometime this year. Unfortunately, that is no longer in the cards.

Rogue Lords gets release date on Switch

We’ve been waiting on the Switch version of Rogue Lords for quite some time now. While the game initially debuted towards the end of last year, it hasn’t been made available on Nintendo’s console. Thankfully, that’ll soon be changing.
Rogue Lords has popped up on the Switch eShop with a final release date. According to the store page, Nacon will publish the title on May 12, 2022.
