Xenoblade Chronicles 3 shares “A Step Away” vocal track

Nintendo has decided to shared one more song from Xenoblade Chronicles 3 prior to the game’s launch later this week. The shared song is “A Step Away”, a new emotional vocal track from the game.

Xenoblade Chronicles games have had vocal songs in the past, between the first game’s “Beyond the Sky” and the second game’s “Drifting Soul” and “One Last You”. “A Step Away” will likely fulfill a similar purpose to those, either acting as an ending theme or a song that will play during some of the game’s more emotionally-charged moments.
While this might be one of the final songs Nintendo shares before the game releases, you can also listen to their previously shared tracks here: “A Life Sent On“, “The Weight of Life“, “Keves Battle“, “You Will Know Our Names – Finale“, “Millick Meadows“ and “Chain Attack“.
Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is releasing on Switch this Friday, July 29, 2022.
