Retailer: Xenoblade Chronicles seeing “unexpected late demand”

European retailer ShopTo posted this message on Twitter earlier today…
“Due to the unexpected late demand for Xenoblade Chronicles the publisher has experienced great stock shortages of this title.”
This is just a report from one retailer, but at least Xenoblade Chronicles is garnering some interest among fans. I’m definitely interested in seeing the first week sales of this game…

Cambridge, Mass. – August 17th, 2011– Harmonix today announced that an 8-pack of hits from the Red Hot Chili Peppers will be available beginning August 30th in the Rock Band 3 Music Store of downloadable content for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system and Wii™.
