The Japanese presentation should begin in a half hour. It looks like it’s a bit longer than normal, clocking in at 53 minutes. Another 11 minutes will showcase bonus content.

We’ll have coverage throughout and after the event, as well as updates from the North America/European presentations.

Platinum Games released a behind-the-scenes video last week giving fans a bit of insight as to how it approaches game development and more. The issue was that it was only available in Japanese – until now.

Capcom isn’t holding onto all of its Mega Man 25th anniversary plans until December. Today the company announced the “Rockcan”, a special item being made for the commemoration.

The Rockcan is a 10-disc soundtrack item packed inside an E-Tank tin. Capcom will be adding in a full color booklet as well.

Mega Man 1-6 features the Famicom and PlayStation tracks, all of which have been remastered using the original sound sources. Mega Man 8 makes use of the PlayStation version while Mega Man 9/10 pull music from the Xbox Live Arcade releases.

Japanese consumers can purchase Rockcan from the e-Capcom shop on September 19 for 14,700 yen.

Three Nintendo Directs in the same month?! That’s right, Nintendo of Japan isn’t the only one hosting a live-stream tomorrow if this tweet by Satoru Shibata, president of Nintendo of Europe is anything to go by.

The presentation will be streaming on Nintendo’s website an hour after Iwata’s Japanese one. Though the focus will be on the Nintendo 3DS, it wouldn’t surprise me if a few upcoming Wii games like Project Zero: Wii Edition are mentioned.

Nintendo of America, care to bring the number of presentations to four?

Two Nintendo Directs in the same month?! Indeed, it’s happening, in Japan at least!

Unlike the last, “special” broadcast, the latest event will focus only on 3DS and Wii information. Sorry, no Wii U updates for you!

A live-stream will be available at 11:00 PM EDT / 8:00 PM PDT tomorrow. We’ll post a live-stream on the site once its ready to go.

You can follow the Japanese Nintendo Direct page here.
