On this month’s episode: Tekken 3D: Prime Edition, Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games, Nick Cage on the films he would like to see as a game on a Nintendo system, Bit.Trip Saga, a trip to Aardman Studios, and eShop updates.



Nintendo, Game Freak and Creatures Inc. filed a Japanese trademark for “Pokemon Adventure Camp” recently. A photo of the trademark can be found above.

The first North American commercial for Kid Icarus: Uprising has been added to the game’s official site. The page says that six additional ads are on the way.


Super R-Type and R-Type III: The Third Lightning aren’t the only titles that Nintendo of Europe will be removing from the Wii Shop Channel at the end of the month. Four additional VC games and one WiiWare release will soon be gone as well.

The full list of titles leaving the store on March 31 are as follows:

– R-Type (Turbografx)
– Super R-Type (Super Nintendo)
– R-Type The Third Lightning (Super Nintendo)
– Vigilante (Turbografx)
– Ninja Spirit (Turbografx)

Monster Hunter Tri G has been rumored for Europe for quite some time now. It’s appeared in magazines, random lists, and in retailer systems.

The latest report regarding a possible localized version is that three retailers say it will be available this summer. Tentative launch months range from July to September.

If Capcom does have plans to bring Monster Hunter Tri G to Europe and/or North America, perhaps they’ll make an announcement during Captivate. The company’s annual press event will be taking place early next month.
