Ninjas Face Off in an Epic LEGO® Adventure Spinning Onto the Nintendo DS This Spring

Burbank, Calif. – Jan. 11, 2011 – Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and TT Games are unleashing an epic family friendly adventure with LEGO® Battles: Ninjago for Nintendo DS™, the follow-up title to the highly-successful LEGO® Battles videogame. Scheduled for release in Spring 2011, the game complements the line-up of LEGO Ninjago products to be released starting today and going throughout 2011.

Produced by critically acclaimed TT Games and developed by Hellbent Games, LEGO Battles: Ninjago allows players to become a master of Spinjitzu, an art form in which characters spin and become tornadoes to defeat their enemies, as they restore harmony to the world. Players can choose to play both “good” and “evil” single-player campaigns, test their skills in a variety of Battle Mode challenges, or play with family and friends in exciting multiplayer showdowns.

Super Monkey Ball 3D will be released in Japan on March 3rd for 4410 yen.

A few months ago, we learned that the 3DS’ Activity Log feature could act as a pedometer. The amount of steps you take will be tracked by the system and recorded each day. It looks like there’s another element to the feature, however.

Apparently a system will be in place called “Game Coins.” As one would expect, the coins count will increase as players carry the system around. Additional content can be unlocked in certain titles using the coins. It’s an interesting idea, to say the least!

Capcom is pleased to announce that two of its classic titles: Ghosts ’n Goblins and Exed Exes is available for download on Nintendo’s Virtual Console today! These two titles will challenge and introduce a new generation to these classic titles. Both titles will be available for download for 800 Wii Points each.

Ghosts ’n Goblins – Ghosts ‘n Goblins is a classic game that packs a heavy punch (and lance). Experience the smash arcade hit from 1985 as you help Arthur defeat hordes of monsters in his attempt to rescue the princess. The first (and possibly only) game in which taking a hit reduces you to your underwear.
