European Etrian Odyssey IV demo only has 3 uses, NISA says Nintendo decided on limit

So here’s something strange. In North America, Etrian Odyssey IV’s demo can be accessed thirty times. The same demo just recently came out in Europe. Oddly, users can only boot it up three times.
What’s the deal here? According to European publisher NIS America, it’s “Nintendo rules”.

Adventure Time: Explore the Dungeon Because I Don’t Know! Collector’s Edition has a pretty boxart. Let’s take a look:

Pre-order the new collector’s edition and you’ll receive a copy of the game, a limited edition Beemo package design in a glossy premium SteelBook case, a bonus DVD with actor interviews, and storyboard art from series creator Pendleton Ward, plus a unique “Finn and Jake’s Dungeon Guide” – described as a “full color, enhanced manual filled with fun art and game tips”.
