Capcom’s handling of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies has been somewhat odd. Overseas, it will only be available as a digital download – at least for now. And in Japan, we’re hearing that Capcom is only planning a physical release – no download version is planned.

It doesn’t make much sense to me! Maybe a downloadable release will come to Japan in the future?

Mushibugyo will be hitting Japan on September 19 for 5,980 yen. A demo will be coming to the World Hobby Fair on June 29 and June 30.

– Made by most of the main team from the original Metal Max
– Main character is Hinata
– Hinata is a child who lives with his dad and sister in a land that was nuked to pieces 50 years ago
– Hinata is a “Hot Speed”, though he doesn’t know this
– A Hot Seed is a special type of human being kept in cryogenic suspension since before the apocalypse
– Hinata finds out quick once some evil folk kidnap his father, and he and his sister Sasha (who can transform into a motorbike) set off to fix this
– Now in fully 3D
– Characters have in-game voiced dialogue
– Studio 4°C making an anime intro
– Travel around the world, track down wanted bounties, or build your own Mad Max-style battle buggy

Another round of Hero Bank details have emerged. Perhaps most interesting of all is that Toshihiro Nagoshi is producing. He’s mainly known for his work on the Yakuza series, where he has directed or produced each entry.
