Nintendo has sent along the boxart for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D with their second-quarter lineup announcement. I’m very curious to know what you guys think about it. Sound off in the comments section!

NINTENDO UNVEILS HEROES, MYSTERY AND MOTION IN SECOND-QUARTER VIDEO GAME LINEUP

Roster Includes The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D with Master Quest, Mystery Case Files: Dust to Dust and Wii Play: Motion with Wii Remote Plus

REDMOND, Wash., April 12, 2011 – Nintendo of America today revealed a diverse lineup of new video games set to launch during the second quarter of 2011. Whether they’re playing at home on the Wii™ system, having fun on the go with the Nintendo DS™ family of systems or discovering the new Nintendo 3DS™ hand-held system, consumers will have a wide variety of engaging, inclusive experiences to choose from as Nintendo and its publishing partners unleash more than 50 games in the coming months.

After a week long embargo from Captivate 2011, Capcom will finally be sharing a few announcements tomorrow. It looks like there are at least three reveals coming up. Other than Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D (see the poster above), we don’t know if there will be any other news for Nintendo fans. One announcement will probably be Dragon’s Dogma (which doesn’t look like it will be for a Nintendo system at this point), which leaves us with two other possibilities. However, due to the pixelation in the posters, fans will have no choice but to guess as to what Capcom has in store.

The embargo officially ends at 11 AM EDT, but I suggest tuning in early to the site tomorrow. Also be sure to check out our sister site for PlayStation 3/Xbox 360 news including Resident Evil: Raccoon City, Asura’s Wrath, and Street Fighter x Tekken.

You never know if things will start leaking early! Just don’t get your hopes up that there will be a Monster Hunter 3DS announcement…

Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D is certainly a nice addition to the 3DS library, but everyone knows it’s just a taste of what’s to come. Revelations is what horror fans and series loyalists are truly looking forward to. Capcom has spoken highly of the game’s scope and quality in the past, but now Masachika Kawata has weighed in as well. Speaking to Nintendo Power, Kawata indicated that Capcom considers Revelations to be a direct sequel to Resident Evil 5.

“Unlike Mercenaries, which is all about shooting action, Revelations is all about survival horror, the very genre Resident Evil established. We actually think of Revelations as a direct sequel to Resident Evil 5 and it will be full of new, innovative ideas and characters.”
