As a bonus, below you’ll find the rating summary for Etrian Odyssey IV. Can you spot the strange part of the description?

This is a role-playing game in which players control a group of fighters that explore fantastical labyrinths. Players engage in turn-based combat against a variety of fantasy creatures (e.g., large insects, slime creatures, sorcerers), selecting moves from a menu-based set of options. Attack moves are accompanied by light effects, bashing sounds, and hit point values. One labyrinth contains a hallway and a door that is stained with blood; a bear is also depicted with red stains on its fur and claws. A few female characters are depicted wearing bikini/low-cut tops that expose deep cleavage; one line of suggestive dialogue states, ‘I gotta lady boner harder dan steel for dat stuff!’ The words “bastard,” “damn,” and “hell” appear in dialogue.

Club Nintendo’s 3DS game card case has been out of stock for awhile now. But on Wednesday, a new batch of units will be available for members.

Nintendo of America confirmed on its Twitter account that the case will be returning on December 19:

“The Nintendo #3DS Game Card Case returns to #ClubNintendo on Dec 19.”

Club Nintendo users will be able to “purchase” the 3DS game card case for 250 coins.

Samurai Warriors: Chronicles, the first series entry on the 3DS, sold 50,000 units in its first week in Japan. It went on to sell nearly 150,000 copies.

The half-follow up Samurai Warriors: Chronicles 2nd shifted 34,000 units in its first week. Although Tecmo Koei hasn’t shared up-to-date sales figures, series producer Hisashi Koinuma is pleased with total sales and hinted that the team may soon be able to think about the next project in the franchise.

Koinuma wrote on Twitter:

“I cannot begin to express how overjoyed I am that [Samurai Warriors: Chronicles 2nd] has continued to sell to the year’s end. Thank you! Just a bit more in sales, and we can start thinking about the next game, so please keep at it!”
