Eponymous puzzle-solver Professor Layton returns exclusively to the Nintendo DS™ family of consoles including Nintendo 3DS™*, in a new mysterious adventure, Professor Layton and the Spectre’s Call, available across Europe on November 25th.

Professor Layton and the Spectre’s Call is bursting to the brim with brand new puzzles to challenge and delight both seasoned Professor Layton fans and those new to the series. The exciting storyline, set three years before the events of Professor Layton and the Curious Village, follows the story of how Professor Layton first met his soon-to-be trusty assistant Luke. According to the latest issue of CoroCoro, Mewtwo will be distributed for release in Japan. Pokemon Black/White owners should connect online at any time from September 26 to October 31 to receive the Pokemon. Thus far, it has been confirmed that Mewtwo will have its Pressure ability.

Ocarina of Time 3D is a fantastic addition to the 3DS library, but fans are understandably very curious as to what a completely original Zelda game would look like on the system. Producer Eiji Aonuma wouldn’t give away any specific details, though he did tell Game Informer that he expects to do something “very interesting”. Aonuma added that the project “will be a game in which having 3D will mean something.”

Eiji Aonuma has once again been asked about his thoughts for Zelda on Wii U. While he essentially repeated his previous comments, he did say that the team is “much more interested in looking at the power of the Wii U system and seeing how we can take advantage of that power to do things that we haven’t been able to do in a Zelda game before.” Additionally, Aonuma explained that Skyward Sword will be a title that shows fans “how the Zelda series can change and evolve.”

Aonuma told Game Informer:

“The demo that we showed at E3 was really just more of a rough idea of if all we were to do was to take a Zelda game and put it in HD, this is what it might look like. We’re much more interested in looking at the power of the Wii U system and seeing how we can take advantage of that power to do things that we haven’t been able to do in a Zelda game before…. One of our goals with [Skyward Sword] is to be the first step in illustrating for people how the Zelda series can change and evolve.”

So… that “massive shock announcement” regarding Pokemon? It seems to be PokePark 2: Beyond the World for Wii, not a completely original RPG adventure for 3DS. CoroCoro has revealed the title (see the scan above). We don’t have many details at the moment, but it’s set for a winter release in Japan.
