April 28: Flynn’s Arcade has picked up Ion Shift for publishing on Nintendo Switch, the company has announced. A release window was not provided.

First released at the end of last year, Ion Shift is a hardcore 2D platformer with a sandbox-style approach to combat arenas. Electro Soul Games was the original developer behind the project.

Arashi Gaiden

December 10: Statera Studio, in partnership with Wired Dreams Studio, announced that Arashi Gaiden is coming to Nintendo Switch. As of now it has a very tentative Q4 2025 release window.

Arashi Gaiden is a turn-based action game at its core. This one is actually set in the same world as Pocket Bravery and “expands the story of an important part of the game’s Japanese core.”

Islanders New Shores trailer

Islanders: New Shores released this week, and along with that, we have a final launch trailer. This new serene strategy game is available on Nintendo Switch now.

Beat 'Em Up Collection

July 6: A new package of classic games is bound for Nintendo Switch with the Beat ‘Em Up Collection. It will be available on July 17, 2025.

Beat ‘Em Up Collection comes from QUByte Interactive. First Samurai, Second Samurai, Gourmet Warriors, Iron Commando, Legend, Sword of Sodan, and The Tale of Clouds and Winds are included.
