Expelled

Inkle, the studio behind the 2021 game Overboard, has announced Expelled as it’s next game. It’s heading to Nintendo Switch on March 12, 2025.

Expelled is a mystery with a wicked twist in the style of Overboard. After a school student was pushed out of a window and you’re blamed for the crime, you have one day to clear your name by uncovering the true culprit.

Rabbit Raid

Sometimes You is publishing Rabbit Raid on Nintendo Switch later this month, the company announced today. It will be available on February 26, 2025.

Rabbit Raid 2D platformer with combat in the form of being able to throw objects at enemies / jumping on them.

I See Red

November 28:RedDeerGames and Whiteboard Games are working together on a Nintendo Switch version of I See Red, it’s been announced. The title launches on February 6, 2025.

I See Red is a top-down shooter roguelite. The premise is that after losing everything in a horrifying event, a police officer becomes a vengeful outlaw.

I, Robot

Publisher Atari and developer Llamasoft today announced I, Robot and it’s coming to Nintendo Switch. A release is planned for Spring 2025.

I, Robot is Jeff Minter’s reinvention of the classic 1984 Atari arcade shooter of the same name. The game has players taking control of a robot that’s chosen to defy its creators and escape its confinement by navigating across a 3D kaleidoscopic visualizer.

Pokemon Home Shiny Keldeo, Shiny Meltan distributions

Two more distributions just went live today in Pokemon Home in which players can get their hands on Shiny Keldeo and Shiny Meltan – assuming they put some work into it.

In order to get both, you’ll need to complete a Pokedex or two. For Shiny Keldeo, you’ll need to finish the Galar Pokedex, which is the Isle of Armor and the Crown Tundra DLC for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. By completing the Kanto Pokedex in Pokemon: Let’s Go, Pikachu and Eevee, you’ll be provided with Shiny Meltan. There does not appear to be an end date for the distribution.

Arcade Archives Kitten Kaboodle

Hamster has confirmed this week’s Arcade Archives game on Nintendo Switch, which is Kitten Kaboodle. It’ll be ready to go tomorrow, February 13.

Kitten Kaboodle originally made its debut in 1998 as a game from Konami.

The Thing: Remastered 1.1 update

Today, Nightdive began distribution of a new version 1.1 update for The Thing: Remastered.

There’s quite a bit packed into the patch. On Nintendo Switch specifically, it comes with performance improvements. Players will also find bug fixes, new trousers for Whitley, and more.

Coming off of its recent Nintendo Switch launch, a new wave of gameplay is available for Big Helmet Heroes. The 3D beat ’em up title comes from Dear Villagers and Exalted Studio.

Stunt Flyer

Today, Ultimate Games announced Stunt Flyer for imminent Nintendo Switch release. It’s due out on February 14, 2025.

Stunt Flyer is an arcade flight game that originally released on Wii. For the Nintendo Switch version, it’ll include enhanced graphics, improved controls, and a split-screen co-op mode.

Publisher Serenity Forge and developer Hack the Publisher are putting Centum on Nintendo Switch, the two sides shared today. The title will be available on March 11, 2025.

Centum is presented as a long-lost point-and-click adventure game never released. The unreliable narrative-driven adventure title follows a dark tale told through perplexing scenarios.
