Another Arcade Archives game is about to drop on Nintendo Switch, with Escape Kids due to release worldwide tomorrow, January 15.

The sports action game was first released in 1991 by Konami, and in it players need to repeatedly press buttons to reach the finish line before the “champion” dressed in black. The game also supports up to four players.

Mini Market Design

There’s yet another Nintendo Switch game incoming from RedDeerGames, and the company has now announced Mini Market Design. It will be available on January 21, 2025.

Mini Market Design is a creative sandbox game at its core. Players will design and decorate their own mini market – as the name implies.

December 26: The release date is in for Afterlove EP. Over on Nintendo Switch, the game will be available starting February 14, 2025.

Afterlove EP was first unveiled for Nintendo Switch at the very end of 2021. The team was targeting a launch the following spring, but of course, that didn’t end up happening. It’s now finally set to arrive more than three years after the announcement.

Symphonia release date

November 4: Symphonia, the side-scrolling platformer from Headup and Sunny Peak, just secured a release date. The two sides have it pinned down for December 5, 2024.

We originally heard about Symphonia back in August. Headup was only committing to a general 2024 launch window at the time, however.

Everhood 2 release date

Thanks to Foreign Gnomes, we now have a release date for Everhood 2. This one is confirmed for March 4, 2025.

A sequel to the wildly successful original entry, Everhood 2 was announced back in 2023. The previous title made it to Nintendo Switch back in 2021.

Techno Banter release date

After it was announced last summer, Techno Banter has a release date on Nintendo Switch. Crunching Koalas and Dexai Arts are launching the game on January 30, 2025.

Techno Banter, a techno-infused bouncer simulator, was technically pushed back. The title was targeting a Q4 2024 release, and while that didn’t happen, it seems that it wasn’t a huge delay.

Rusty Rabbit release date

Rusty Rabbit, which was previously announced for Nintendo Switch, now has a final release date. Announced today is that it’s hitting the console digitally on April 17, 2025.

Rusty Rabbit was revealed for Nintendo Switch last August. We knew that it was coming out sometime in 2025, but further specifics weren’t shared until now.

Boti Byteland Overclocked trailer

Untold Tales and Purple Ray Studio shared a new launch trailer for Boti: Byteland Overclocked, which just landed on Nintendo Switch. Fans can get a final look at the 3D platformer inspired by classics like Super Mario Galaxy and Croc but with modern twists and innovations.

Zombie Blitz

Today, publisher CFK and developer Confak shared plans about an upcoming Nintendo Switch version of Zombie Blitz. The game is slated for January 23, 2025.

Zombie Blitz is an action roguelike that features simple controls for all players – and it features two-player co-op. You’ll need to survive wave after wave of enemy attacks, strengthen your characters, and freely combine characters, skills, and items to fight back against your enemies.

Full Steam: Fluffy X Machina

BouncyBrain today unveiled Full Steam: Fluffy X Machina, and it’s in development for Nintendo Switch. The studio did not provide release timing.

Full Steam: Fluffy X Machina is a side-scrolling beat ’em up game. The project comes from a team of artists that previously worked on Kung Fu Panda, The Super Mario Bros. Movie, and Minions. This is their debut title which promises a mashup of Castle Crashers, Titanfall, and Super Mario 3D World.
