Hitman Absolution Nintendo Switch

Feral Interactive unveiled its latest Nintendo Switch port today, which is Hitman: Absolution. A release is planned for late 2025.

Hitman: Absolution first debuted in 2012 and has not landed on a Nintendo platform previously. Feral says the game will have native Nintendo Switch 2 support in 2026.

War Mongrels

In parntership with Destructive Creations, RedDeerGames has announced a Nintendo Switch version of War Mongrels. The game arrives on August 14, 2025.

War Mongrels, an isometric real-time tactics game, is set on the eastern front of World War II. Players will experience the turmoil of decisive events on the Eastern Front.

Vlad Circus Curse of Asmodeus release date

Today, Blowfish Studios and Indiesruption set the release date for Vlad Circus: Curse of Asmodeus on Nintendo Switch. The title launches on August 25, 2025.

Vlad Circus: Curse of Asmodeus, a macabre pixel-art graphic adventure, was previously confirmed for Nintendo Switch back in March. We last had a general 2025 launch window.

Arcade Archives Field Day

In the latest announcement from Hamster, we now know that Field Day is appearing on Nintendo Switch this week via the Arcade Archives series. The game is due out tomorrow, July 31.

Taito was behind the sports title, which first launched in 1984. Seven different events are included in the package.

Fall Guys is the latest example of a Nintendo Switch game that’s seen an improvement on Switch 2 with an update.

Today, the title issued its next big patch, which is Tropical Tides. Tucked away in the official notes is one line about Nintendo Switch 2. It states: “We have uncapped FPS on Nintendo Switch 2, allowing the game to run on up to 60 FPS on that platform.”

I Hate This Place

March 20: Broken Mirror Game, in collaboration with Skybound Entertainment, today announced I Hate This Place. The game launches in Q4 2025 for Nintendo Switch.

I Hate This Place is an open-world survival horror game. Bloober Team is setting up a new horror label, and this project will be a part of it.

Wander Stars release date

June 7: A release date has now been announced for Wander Stars, which was previously announced for Nintendo Switch. Those interested in the title can play it starting on August 1, 2025.

It’s been a year since we last heard about Wander Stars. We weren’t sure when the game would be coming out, so it’s nice to know that it’s just a couple of months away.

Pokettohiro

Ratalaika Games, along with David Marin, today announced that Pokettohiro will be appearing on Nintendo Switch in just a few days. The title arrives on August 1, 2025.

Pokettohiro is an old-school adventure experience that was actually designed for the Game Boy Color. As part of the journey, a group of heroes must gather the fragments of the Magic Crystal to face the evil Black Knight and prevent the destruction of the kingdom.

Here’s some additional information:

RideOn Japan has just announced that they’ll be bringing Brave x Junction to Nintendo Switch. The game has not yet received a release date, but it’s set for this year.
