Adventure Time: Hey Ice King why’d you steal our garbage?!! – Adventure Time: Hey Ice King! Why’d you steal our garbage?!! is based on the Emmy-nominated Cartoon Network show about two close friends: Jake, a wise old dog with a big heart, and Finn, a silly kid who wants to become a great hero. Adventure Time show creator Pendleton Ward was heavily involved in the creation of the game’s original storyline and quests. Adventure Time: Hey Ice King! Why’d you steal our garbage?!! is also available at retail stores, and a demo version of the game is downloadable from the Nintendo eShop on Nintendo 3DS.

Here’s the release status of Retro City Rampage at the moment. It launched on PSN and PC in early October. Now we’re waiting on the WiiWare and XBLA versions.

The game’s developer is hoping the WiiWare version will be out this month. And regarding XBLA, it’s in certification.

Retro City Rampage won’t be receiving any sort of price adjustment in Europe. The title will be priced similarly to the North American version, but it will come with extra polish and development.

Lastly, the following was posted on the Retro City Rampage Twitter account regarding a sequel:

“No plans right now. Need a vacation once the remaining platforms are out the door. …To clarify, I’m interested in doing more open world games at some point, but nothing is planned for the near future.”

Nintendo’s different online shops are experiencing maintenance today. The Wii U and 3DS eShops, Wii Shop Channel, and DSi shop are all seeing downtime. Maintenance will be completed by 7 PM PST / 10 PM EST.

Could this be related to tomorrow’s Nintendo Direct? Or is this just routine stuff?

The removal of the Donkey Kong Country games from Wii’s Virtual Console is now a worldwide affair.

First a notice was discovered on the European store about their impending disappearance. In North America, they were randomly taken down, seemingly without any notice. Now we’re hearing that the games will be taken down in Japan as well.

On December 8, all three Donkey Kong Country games will be removed from the Japanese Wii Shop Channel.

Why are you doing this, Nintendo?!
