Bandai Namco has shared new screenshots from Tenkai Knights: Brave Battle. The images showcase multiplayer and the key Tenkai Knight technique called Robofusion.
Robofusion is as follows:
Robofusion is a higher level of shapeshifting that occurs only when Tenkai energy is perfectly in sync to produce a robot form that is bigger and much more powerful than any single robot unit. The legendary Tenkai Knights will be able to enter Robofusion mode with an ally to combine powers for a limited amount of time during battle and utilize a combination of attacks depending on which ally they are fused with to overpower the enemy’s brutal attacks.

Before Next Level Games started work on Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon, the studio was working on “a completely different project for Nintendo”. This is known thanks to an Iwata Asks interview published last year. Perhaps the project in question was a new Metroid game.
Concept art was recently uncovered from the profile of a former Next Level Games employee, which includes shots of an apparent Metroid prototype. Since the staffer left Next Level in late 2009, it’s possible that this was the prototype the studio was working on prior to Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon. Sadly, we may never know the full story!
The Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon shared some kind words for Mario Kart 8 on Twitter earlier today. It’s his game of the year thus far, and he enjoys playing the racer with the Wii U Pro Controller.
Fallon’s full tweet:

There’s a bit more to Mario Kart 8’s recent update than originally thought. Aside from what has been previously mentioned, the patch also does the following:
– Time Trials Miiverse post now can include a picture of the results.
– You can now display and hide the map in Highlights by pressing the -/Select button, and it also shows the name of the driver that the camera focuses on
– With Highlights of online races, it shows the player’s Mii, nickname and country.
– You can display and hide the map and player’s information when uploading a Highlight video to YouTube as well.
– Highlight videos uploaded to YouTube now have tags for the used parts (Vehicle, Wheels and Glider), and the time for Time Trials Highlights
– the skins of Yoshi and Shy Guy also have their own tags.
Additionally, here’s a look at adjustments made to the Mario Kart TV website:
– There’s now a “User Page”, which has a link to the User’s profile on Miiverse, Facebook/Twitter Share Buttons
– This page shows the user’s Race Rating, Battle Rating, Favorite Tournaments and uploaded Highlights to YouTube.
– You can now check Tournaments details like Schedule, Rules, Entry Code, Description, Rankings and uploaded Highlights to YouTube related to the Tournament.
– view a list of all your Friends and see Friends Currently Online
– This shows if a Friend is connected and it specifies if they are playing Mario Kart 8.
Super Smash Bros. for 3DS was among the first round of titles confirmed to be supporting the New 3DS’ c-stick. However, we’re now hearing that the game won’t make use of the Circle Pad Pro on normal 3DS systems. A page on Nintendo’s official Japanese website specifically confirms this.
