Bandai Namco

Another free Nintendo Switch to Switch 2 upgrade is now confirmed, as Bandai Namco confirmed that this will be in place for Shadow Labyrinth.

The game, a new take on Pac-Man which was first see in the show Secret Level, will have a frame rate of 60 FPS. Resolution comes in at 4K when docked – it’s a native 1080p in handheld mode. To compare, Shadow Labyrinth is 1080p docked and 720p portable on the previous Nintendo Switch.

Bandai Namco Summer Showcase 2025

A Bandai Namco Summer Showcase 2025 will air on July 2, it’s been announced. Fans can tune in at 12 PM PT / 3 PM ET / 8 PM in the UK / 9 PM in Europe.

A new My Hero Academia game has been teased for the presentation. Other confirmed games include Everybody’s Golf Hot Shots, -Little Nightmares 3, Patapon 1 + 2 Replay, Shadow Labyrinth, Super Robot Wars Y, Tekken 8, Code Vein 2, The Blood of Dawnwalker, and Death Note Killer Within.

Bandai Namco Nintendo Switch eShop sale Digimon Survive

For those interested in Bandai Namco’s lineup on Nintendo Switch, a ton of games have been put on sale, including Digimon Survive, Digimon World: Next Order, and Baten Kaitos 1 & 2 HD Remaster. All of these titles are at new lows, and there are a bunch of others discounted as well.

Everybody's Golf Hot Shots release date

June 4: Today, Bandai Namco announced the release date for Everybody’s Golf Hot Shots. The game launches on September 5, 2025.

Bandai Namco previously made waves with the announcement of Everybody’s Golf Hot Shots earlier in the year. Everybody’s Golf was previously a franchise handled by PlayStation, but has now been shifted to a different publisher and as a multiplatform release.

Little Nightmares Enhanced Edition

We have another announcement from the Little Nightmares universe as Little Nightmares Enhanced Edition was just announced for Nintendo Switch 2. It launches on October 10, 2025.

According to today’s announcement, Little Nightmares Enhanced Edition will run at 4K and 60 frames per second. There’ll also be enhanced graphics with volumetric lighting and more particles, ray-traced reflections, and gameplay optimizations with faster loading times, revised checkpoints, and traversal assistance.

Little Nightmares 3 release date

The release date for Little Nightmares 3 was just announced, and fans can rest easy knowing that it’s coming before Halloween. Bandai Namco will be publishing it on October 10, 2025. News about the release date for Little Nightmares 3 just dropped during the Little Nightmares Showcase where a Nintendo Switch 2 version was also confirmed.

It’s been a longer-than-expected wait for Little Nightmares 3. Originally announced in August 2023, the project was planned to launch the following year. However, Bandai Namco and Supermassive Games ended up pushing things back to 2025 instead.

Battle Train trailer

A new launch trailer has surfaced for Battle Train, which features a combination of strategy and resource management of a deckbuilding roguelite with explosive train-based combat. Bandai Namco published it on Nintendo Switch this week with co-developers Terrible Posture Games and Nerd Ninjas.

Super Robot Wars Y release date

April 20: In its latest announcement for Super Robot Wars Y today, Bandai Namco confirmed the game’s release date. It’ll be out for Nintendo Switch on August 28, 2025. Also confirmed is that SSSS.Dynazenon and Godzilla Singular Point will be represented.

Little Nightmares Showcase

We’re soon set to get an update on the Little Nightmares series, as a new showcase has been announced for June 24. The event begins at 12 PM PT / 3 PM ET / 8 PM in the UK / 9 PM in Europe. We’ll add in the live stream link here once it’s available. 

Thus far Bandai Namco is keeping quiet on the details. However, fans can expect to hear about the latest news for the series.

Patapon 1 + 2 Replay

March 27: Patapon 1 + 2 Replay is on the way to Nintendo Switch, it’s been revealed. The collection of action rhythm games are due out on July 11, 2025.

Today’s announcement comes as a surprise given its ties to PlayStation. Now, however, Bandai Namco will be publishing the re-release with new features such as three difficulty options.
