One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 DLC Yamato Kaido

Original (9/6): One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 has announced its next wave of DLC characters, with Yamato and Kaido joining the fray.

Both will be included in the game’s “The Battle of Onigashima Pack”. The same DLC will add Onigashima Battle Luffy, who was previously announced. All of these characters will be available in September.

It’s been confirmed that Little Nightmares III won’t include couch co-op, and Supermassive’s game director Wayne Garland has now weighed in on the decision.

For the first time in the series, co-op will be supported. However, much to the disappointment of fans, the feature is limited to online. If you’d rather play with a friend locally, you’ll unfortunately be out of luck.

Baten Kaitos I & II HD Remaster no English voice acting

Baten Kaitos I & II HD Remaster are bringing back the original GameCube RPGs with numerous updates, but there’s one key omission as they won’t come with English voice acting. Both titles did have a dub originally, but it won’t be included for the new Switch release.

Producer Koji Nakajima explained the decision in a recent interview with Nintendo Everything. He mentioned how during development, the team “tried to make adjustments on some of the expressions to match the current era”. This would have ultimately caused “discrepancies”.

In an interview with Nintendo Everything, Baten Kaitos I & II HD Remaster producer Koji Nakajima spoke about the process of updating the GameCube graphics for Switch and challenges involved with the project.

Nakajima told us that the main characters, battle backgrounds, and bosses were either “re-modeled or brushed up from the original models, and the towns and dungeons which are expressed in 2D, have been remade in a higher resolution so that they can be displayed beautifully on the Nintendo Switch while keeping the original art materials.” He also stressed that the team wanted to ensure that it did not “destroy the atmosphere and image of the original game. ”
