Among Us Hide n Seek Mode

Among Us just announced a brand new mode known as Hide N Seek. This will be made available tomorrow, December 9.

In the new mode, crewmates need to outrun and outlive the Impostor as they use their wits to complete tasks to make the timer run out faster. New surprises to survive from, new cosmetics and pets, the ability to pet your pets, and more are planned.

Among Us update 2022.10.18

A new Among Us update is here, and version 2022.10.18 has now gone live.

There are a few highlights here, including a free VR cosmetic drop coming soon. The Skeld and MIRA HQ are also now decorated in time for Halloween and the Chewie pet now matches your color. There’s more here of course, including bug fixes.

Among Us has just gained a new version 2022.9.20 update, which brings about hololive cosmetics DLC.

Crossovers and collaborations are all the rage these days, and that’s something we’re seeing again here. Players can unlock their favorite VTuber cosmetics with the Cosmicube that’s being offered for 110 Stars. 

The following cosmetics can be unlocked after purchasing the hololive production Cosmicube for Among Us:

Among Us update 2022.8.23

Innersloth has started distribution of a new 2022.8.23 update for Among Us.

In terms of additions, players can now get their hands on two new Food Cosmicubes and look like a snack with new cosmetics. Players can also change the map from the lobby, minor store changes have been implemented, and bugs have been fixed.

A new update for Among Us just went live, bringing the game to version 2022.6.21 on Switch.

Today’s patch includes new features like Streamer Mode and colorblind settings. There are also over 100 bug fixes.

Among Us update 2022.3.29

The latest update for Among Us just went live, with the game going up to version 2022.3.29. It’s highlighted by the addition of Friends List as well as a Scream collaboration.

Among Us Friend's List

When Innersloth shared its 2022 roadmap for Among Us a couple of months ago, one of the things we heard about was a new Friend’s List feature. The developer shared more information as to what this will entail today.

The functionality will include a unique friend code, the ability to send and receive requests, an option to invite friends to your own lobby, see who you recently played with, and the ability to block players.

Maximum Games, Innersloth, and Dual Wield Studio have announced the release dates for the remaining collector’s editions of Among Us. Among Us: Impostor Edition and Among Us: Ejected Edition will now launch in the US and Canada on April 19, 2022 and Europe, UK and Australia on May 31, 2022. 

You might remember that three physical editions of Among Us had been announced last year, with the first of these, Among Us Crewmate Edition, having been released earlier this year.

Among Us

A new update for Among Us is out now on the Switch. This update is version 2022.1.28.1n and it fixes a few small bugs that were found in the game.

  • Fixed Stars not redeeming
  • If you initially bought Stars and they were missing, they should now be there!

The game update should automatically download on the Switch, and if it doesn’t this version can be accessed from the eShop.

among us 2022 roadmap friend list

Innersloth has shared early information regarding what it has planned for Among Us in 2022, specifically concerning a Friend’s List and quality of life improvements.

There’s still a lot to be learned, but the studio says you’ll “be able to keep in contact with any Crewmates you get along with” – or even your enemies. Innersloth says it hopes “to allow you to keep in touch and continue playing games together”.
