Inspector Gadget: Mad Time Party

Publisher Microids and developer Smart Tale Games have announced Inspector Gadget: Mad Time Party, which is coming to Switch. It’s due out in Fall 2023.

Inspector Gadget: Mad Time Party is a party game supporting up to four players, and it promises to “immerse you in the iconic world of Inspector Gadget.” It’ll be possible to stroll through the environments of the original series, meet characters like Chief Quimby, Penny or the M.A.D. agents, and use gadgets to fight the M.A.D. forces.

Totally Spies game

A new game is in development based on the Totally Spies animated series, Microids announced today. A release is planned for 2024.

That’s all we have to go on at the moment. Microids says the game will be appearing on consoles, which should include Switch given the company’s support of the system – all of its offerings end up there.

Totally Spies originally debuted in 2001. After ending about a decade ago, the show is now making a comeback with a new season in 2024.

Flashback 2 release date physical

Publisher Microids, Microids Lyon/Paris Studios, and Paul Cuisset today shared more specific release date plans for Flashback 2 as well as news about the game’s physical release.

Flashback 2 was originally announced in 2021 and was planned for 2022. However, it was delayed to 2023 about a year ago.

Agatha Christie - Hercule Poirot: The London Case

Publisher Microids and developer Blazing Griffin today announced Agatha Christie – Hercule Poirot: The London Case, a new detective adventure game for Switch. The sequel to Hercule Poirot: The First Cases launches this summer.

Publisher Microids and Olydri Games have announced a release date for Noob: The Factionless, their upcoming RPG. The title is heading to Switch on June 29, 2023.

Space Adventure Cobra game

Microids and TMS announced today that a new Cobra game is in the pre-production stage. This is being adapted from the Japanese animation series produced by TMS Entertainment (based on illustrations and comic books created by Buichi Terasawa).

Little is known about the upcoming project. Microids has said that the game “provides players the opportunity to step into Cobra’s shoes as the famous galactic bounty hunter, in a futuristic and colorful universe”. Platforms haven’t been specified, but everything Microids puts out ends up on Switch.

Scrap Riders release date

Thanks to Microids and Games for Tutti, we have an updated release date for Scrap Riders. The two sides confirmed today that it will be available on January 9, 2023.

Scrap Riders was announced almost a year ago, and was last planned for September. That month came and went without any news, so the title experienced a quiet delay. The new January date appears to be final, but we’ll let you know if there are any other changes.
