We have a couple of extra tidbits to cover stemming from today’s Mortal Kombat 11 event.

First up, even more information about the game is coming very soon. A Kombat Kast stream is planned for January 30, which is when we’ll be hearing about the Kombat Pack and DLC characters.

The reveal stream for Mortal Kombat 11 will be kicking off not too long from now. As previously announced, the main event starts at 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET / 7 PM in the UK / 8 PM in Europe. However, a 30-minute pre-show will begin a half hour before that, and there will be a post-show as well.

A new listing on GameStop Italy has outed fresh details on Mortal Kombat 11. The retailer reveals a personalization system, GoreTech system, eSports-oriented multiplayer component, and more.

Here’s the full overview:

Announced at The Game Awards on Thursday night, Mortal Kombat 11 is coming to Switch next April. Retailers have now started taking pre-orders. You can reserve it on Amazon, Best Buy, or GameStop.

During The Game Awards tonight, it was revealed that Mortal Kombat 11 is on the way. For Nintendo fans, the big news here is that it’s coming to Switch.

Here’s an official blurb and debut trailer:

At the Brazil Game Show, GameSpot caught up with NetherRealm Studios creative director Ed Boon. Boon was asked about potentially supporting Switch in the future.

Boon, known for his work on the Mortal Kombat series, directed Injustice 2 earlier this year. He indicated that the game could theoretically run on Switch, but adjustments would need to be made in order for it to happen.
