Today’s Super Smash Blog update is about another returning veteran, one of the original 12 from Smash 64, Jigglypuff:
Jigglypuff can jump 5 times in the air and can move faster in the air than on the ground. Use Jigglypuff’s great aerial ability to overwhelm your opponent! If you manage to land the down special Rest, you can powerfully launch your opponent.

Today’s Super Smash Blog update is the retro robot, R.O.B.:
He has two powerful projectiles: Robo Beam and Gyro, along with a very effective recovery. The 1P colour in the European version of the game is a light grey, and the 2P is red and white, but this is reversed in the Japanese version.

Nintendo has posted another update to the Smash Bros. Blog for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. This time around, we get to hear about the Princess Peach’s Castle stage.
Here’s the overview:
A returning stage from Super Smash Bros. Melee. Watch out for Banzai Bill to come flying out of nowhere and explode. There are also red, yellow, and green switches you can press to make “!” BLocks appear. Try hitting them to get items!

At Comic-Con yesterday, IGN spoke with Nintendo’s Bill Trinen about Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. The two sides spoke about a number of topics, including the possibility of a demo down the road and DLC.
When asked if we could see a demo similar to the likes of ARMS Global Testpunch or Mario Tennis Aces, Trinen stated:
