Head to the beach in next week’s Japanese Fire Emblem DLC

Next week’s Japanese Fire Emblem: Awakening DLC is titled “Another Story: Hot Spring of Bonds”.
Krom and his gang head out to a secret hot spring, per an invitation a merchant named Anna. However, the group is unaware of corpse soldiers awaiting their arrival.
The upcoming DLC is heavy on dialogue. The children characters take part in a number of different conversations, and characters Wood, Azure, Lucina and Selena are all involved with scenes in which they wear a yukata. There are special conversations with My Unit, too.
Another Story: Hot Spring of Bonds will be available on November 15. The two-star mission is priced at 200 yen.

When transferring content from a DSi to a 3DS, you can pick and choose items to bring over. That’s not the case with the Wii to Wii U process.
According to IGN’s Rich George, the process automatically brings over all possible items. Wii software save data, WiiWare titles and save data, Virtual Console titles and save data, add-on content, Wii Points, Wii Shop Channel account activity, and Mii characters
Pier Solar and the Great Architects could come to Wii U

Indie developer WaterMelon released Pier Solar and the Great Architects for the SEGA Mega Drive a couple of years back. The studio has recently been using Kickstarter to receive funding for an HD version of the RPG that would land on the Xbox 3630, PC, Mac, and Dreamcast.
Thus far, over 50% of the targeted $139,000 total has been raised. 26 days of the campaign remain.
Word on the street is that success with the Kickstarter campaign could result in a Wii U version as well, even though it’s not in development right now. Nintendo Life reports that Nintendo’s console “would be the #1 next choice”.

At this point, most of you already know that the Wii U will need a day-one update to have a fully-featured console. It’ll bring along Miiverse support, Nintendo TVii, Wii U Chat, and the eShop. It’s now been confirmed that you’ll need to apply the update in order to access Wii functionality as well.
Without the download, Wii discs won’t be read. You’ll receive a notice saying that an update is required when attempting to play the game.
