In “Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two,” gamers will play as Mickey Mouse and for the first time ever, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, Walt Disney’s first cartoon star, in an all-new adventure of creativity and discovery. Created by industry luminary Warren Spector and Disney Interactive’s Junction Point game development studio, “Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two” returns the franchise to the Wii™ system from Nintendo, as well as expanding it to new HD consoles including the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, the PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment system and the Wii U™ system.
 
“Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two” returns Mickey Mouse and Oswald the Lucky Rabbit to Wasteland, an alternate world filled with 80 years of forgotten Disney characters and theme park attractions. But for the first time, Mickey and Oswald will join forces as true partners – Mickey with his magical paint brush that wields paint and thinner, and Oswald with his powerful remote control that allows him to command electricity. This new co-op play combined with enhanced in-game physics will further enhance the idea that “PlayStyle Matters” – a unique approach to gameplay pioneered by Warren Spector where players dynamically tackle different challenges in order to explore all possibilities and storylines, but
with consequences for their chosen actions.

Thousands of Nintendo fans in the UK to get exclusive first look at Nintendo’s next generation console

14 September 2012 – Nintendo’s Wii U is an HD console that offers more choice and variety of gameplay than ever before, with brand new gaming experiences enabled by the innovative Wii U GamePad controller, whether playing alone or together with friends. The Wii U GamePad offers an integrated second screen and can also be used independently of the TV set with certain software. Nintendo will be touring the country with its revolutionary new home console, giving thousands of people the chance to experience gaming like no other ahead of the console’s launch on the 30th November. Kicking off in London on the 27th September, the Wii U showcase tour will visit a range of shopping centres, gaming expos and events across the UK.

The tour is the perfect place to get hands-on with some of the pre-release Wii U titles and experience first-hand how the new Wii U GamePad controller with 6.2-inch touch screen affects both single and multiplayer games. Visitors will get a real feel for what the Wii U has to offer this Christmas with world famous Nintendo franchises like Mario and brand new Wii U exclusives including Nintendo Land and Ubisoft’s ZombiU available to trial.


Level-5’s next Inazuma Eleven game is due out in Japan in just a few months. The game is set for a December 13. It will be available for 5,800 yen.
